Design and Optimization of a water Filter
O25 develops intelligent water purification solutions that deliver tap water purer than bottled water. The challenge was to refine the filter casing to reduce vibrations caused by the pump, optimize internal component connections, and seamlessly integrate the smart technology within a sleek, contemporary design.
To tackle vibration issues, the design was divided into two parts. A central platform holds all components, with elements mounted on both sides, optimizing connections and minimizing pressure losses. This central structure is then suspended inside the outer casing using silent blocks, effectively isolating vibrations and preventing their propagation.
Following this development, a second phase focused on designing a commercial water dispenser, bringing O25’s advanced purification technology to shared spaces.
