Design of an Innovative SUV E-Bike for E2drive
The goal was to design a high-end electric bike using mass production techniques. The frame and single-arm are made through magnesium injection molding. The main challenge was to develop each part while integrating the constraints of the injection process, all while minimizing tooling production costs.
